What jobs offer a sign on bonus in either the Airforce Reserves, or Air National Guard?

This changes often which jobs have the bonus and which do not. Every job, however, has Tuition assistance and the GI Bill. Pick the job you want to do, dont look at dollar signs as you will be much more happy and still go to school for free.

All Military Occupation Specialties (MOS) offer bonuses. It actually doesn’t matter what job you get. What matters is how many years you want to serve. If you sign up for 2 or 3 years you get a small bonus, if you sign up for more than 3 years you get a bigger bonus. This is discussed before you sign, your nearest recruiter will tell you an estimate amount. Who ever handles your form to sign on is the one who will tell you the exact amount of what your bonus will be.
