Im in the process of becoming an Insurance Agent for Farmers Insurance.
I saw on their website that they offer a bonus for people that speak more than one language.

I speak Spanish and French too.
Does anyone know how much the bonus would be?

None, for an agent. Agents are brought on, on a "commission only" basis. You don’t sell, you don’t get paid. Any bonus for multi-lingual people, would be for CLAIMS adjusters.

If you search just the first 2 pages in the search engine you will usually find the best bonuses. Almost every site is offering some kind of bonus for this launch. In the banking business, they describe checking accounts as being "sticky". Once someone has opened an account and ordered checks, they seldom switch. And if they have set up utility bills to be paid out of that account, they almost never change. Banks know that the only way they can get you to change is to pay you to change.

Sure you can but all the necessary paper work has to be drafted from an attorney and posted to your customers in your terms of service before they can be eligible.

Car dealers offer "Loyalty Bonus" and "Exchange Bonus" especially during festive season. Normally, they write "loyalty/exchange bonus." What is the definition of these two terms? Are these two terms the same or different in nature?

Loyalty bonus is sticking on to the same brand. A person can exchange his old model equipment with a new model manufactured by the same company.

Exchange bonus is offered to a person who exchanges his equipment manufactured by one company which he currently uses to another new equipment manufactured by a different company. Here he shifts loyalty!

The bonus is for the agent representing the buyer, not the listing agent.

The amount to offer depends on how competitive your local market is and how much competition you have from for other homes for sale. Often the bonus is for a close of escrow on or before a specified date.

However the REALTOR should have told you to talk to your REALTOR who has your home listed for sale for advice on that subject rather than offer advice that may conflict with the advice of the REALTOR that has your property listed for sale.

Is this REALTOR who offered you that advice competing with the listing agent for the listing of your property?

Yes there are a few, but as you may or may not know, there is a catch to being able to cash out.

Yes it is!!

You just need to "refer" them by entering their email address after you log in. The button is on the first page after you log in. There is an icon of a megaphone that says "refer a friend" and you just have to put their email address in. Then once they get the email they need to follow the instructions

Usually the catch of a sign on bonus is that you commit to working for the facility for set amount of years. I believe it is not paid up front, but rather in installments over the course of the agreed contract.

They offer them to attract candidates, mostly because they have had trouble finding employees. This could be a sign that this is not a good work environment if they have trouble retaining employees.
